Overview

Surface-safe, bio-enzymatic dishwash detergent featuring oxygen bleach and a double enzyme system designed to effectively break down stains from blood, food residues, starches, and other soils. Suitable for domestic and commercial use, including nursing homes, hotels & motels, and for pre-wash and heavy-duty wash applications targeting organic soiling and food staining.

Enzyme Power:

• Amylase: Targets starches (e.g., rice, corn, potatoes, noodles).
• Protease: Targets proteins (e.g., blood, egg, milk, grass, meat).

DIRECTIONS:

• Fill machine dispenser or hopper with the detergent and run the machine cycle.
• For pre-soaking crockery and glassware, use 20g per litre of hot water. Adjust amount if streaking occurs.
• 1 supplied scoop equals 30g.

Additional Notes:

• Not recommended for cleaning items made from aluminium or silver.
